Warranty Management
Let us protect your warranty with our 5-step process:
- Take pictures of your flooring sample and file it.
- Clean your floor with carpet & rug institute-approved products.
- Register your flooring warranty on the manufacturer's website.
- Have an insured professional install your floor.
- Schedule a professional to clean your carpets every 18-24 months.
We recommend our customers clean their carpets by a professional, so their floor stays newer, longer, and clean for playtime.

- Wear & Tear life Warranty 5-10 years as long as you clean it every 18 months.
Polyester - Stain resistance warranty 5-10 years
- Cleaning is easy, but not as stain resistant as Nylon’s or Smartstrand
- Matting and crushing is fair
- 7/16 6lb minimum needed for warranties
BETTER/SILVER
- Wear & Tear life warranty 15-20 years as long as you clean it every 18 months
- Higher density (35-50) Polyester and or nylon & Smartstrand
- Stain Resistant warranty 15-20 years
- Cleaning is easy for Polyester, but Nylon is more durable with multiple cleanings
- Matting and crushing is better (texture retention)
- Loop or textured carpet more durable in high traffic areas
